Since 1966, the North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club has provided programs for children including free daily homework assistance, health and wellness skills, athletics, Summer Day Camp, mentoring, and more. The Club is a safe haven for all kids at just $20 per year for membership, and a full service Clubhouse will provide opportunities for the more than 4,000 students currently enrolled in Wissahickon School District, as well as thousands more in surrounding communities. Within WSD, nearly 900 students are considered economically disadvantaged.
Our mission is to enable all young people in the Ambler/Wissahickon Valley community — especially those who need us most — to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Boys & Girls Clubs are a sound investment: Money invested in the Club provides real benefits. For every dollar invested in a Club, communities see a return of almost $10.
The North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club serves over 3,000 youth in Montgomery County through our North Penn and Indian Valley full service facilities.
The Wissahickon Valley satellite site currently serves 37 children daily in Ambler, and hundreds more will join programs in our new Clubhouse.
The Boys & Girls Club is making a difference in our community…one child at a time!
